If you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, work email address, business, club or brand, enquiry type and the information you include in your message. Vercel and Tally also process standard technical data, including IP address, browser and device information, to deliver and secure the site and form.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to assess and respond to your request, manage a potential business relationship, prevent abuse and maintain appropriate business records. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and developing the business and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
Services we use
The website is hosted by Vercel. Enquiries are collected through a form hosted by Tally BV in Belgium. Made4Sport is the controller for the enquiry and Tally acts as our processor. Tally states that form data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in Europe. Tally uses service providers for hosting, security and error monitoring; technical processing may occur outside the UK under its contractual safeguards.
Cookies and device storage
We use necessary local storage to remember your privacy preferences. With your permission, functional storage loads Tally and permits it to create respondent and form-session identifiers so the enquiry form can operate and retain its state. Analytics consent permits Google Analytics 4 to measure website usage using analytics storage; advertising storage, advertising personalisation and advertising user data remain disabled. You can accept, reject or change these categories at any time using “Cookie settings”. Optional services remain blocked until the relevant category is enabled.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers supporting this website and with professional advisers or authorities where reasonably necessary.
